With a contemporary look and feel, this extravagant play house sits on a raised platform, so is bound to make a statement that your children will be proud to show their friends. Sitting on a raised platform, and featuring a sturdy ladder to reach it, this build will encourage your little ones off their games console, and into the fresh air to command the garden. What's more, the Command Post and Platform arrive with a natural honey colour base coat, prepared to allow you to complete the building with a colour of your, or your child's, choosing. An example of a bold and creative finish you can achieve is shown within the images.
This Shire play house combines premium quality, practical design, and a pleasing aesthetic. Built from high grade European pine, this structure combines 34mm square framing with shiplap timber cladding and tongue and groove flooring to create a robust build. This playhouse also features four window opening ports for those all important water guns. Each window is safety glazed with styrene, and the door with a full length piano hinge to prevent finger traps. What's more, this complete build meets the European Safety Standard for toys, meaning your little ones are safe to play to their heart's content.
Assembly: All fixings, mineral roof felt and assembly instructions are provided. The Command Post Platform Playhouse includes an OSB roof and T&G floor. The ladder is able to go at either end of the balcony one in of 3 front facing positions. Before you assemble your building, you will need to create a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building.

Following your order, you will be sent a link to choose your delivery day. On the morning of delivery day you will also receive live tracking information.
Delivery is kerb side. Shire's drivers are very helpful and will always try to leave the product as conveniently positioned as possible. However, it is entirely at the driver’s discretion whether or not it is suitable to drive onto your property.

Guarantee
All Shire products are guaranteed for 1 year from delivery. Additionally the products will have a 10 year rot resistance guarantee. Both elements of the guarantee require compliance with the manufacturers guidelines for assembly, usage and regular preservative treatment. These conditions are made clear in the company's assembly instructions.

Standard delivery to most of UK Mainland is FREE on orders over £30 from Robert Dyas, use code FREEDEL30 at checkout and is available on Standard products. This offer excludes products for delivery to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Wight.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
