The Mammoth Workshop boasts premium quality, practical design, and a stunning aesthetic. The internal working height of this build is over 6 feet at the eaves, meaning for a comfortable working experience. Built from high grade European pine, this structure comprises 3" x 2" framing with 19mm T&G log cladding to provide longevity and a weather proof structure that will last for years to come. What's more, the opening windows are storm resistant thanks to the traditional joinery, quality frames, and glazed glass of 3mm thickness. This large garden room will be sure to provide you with a joyful space to work in, or retreat to whenever you so wish.

Arriving with a natural honey colour base coat, this useful workshop has been prepared to allow you to add a coloured paint or stain finish of your choice to compliment your outdoor space, and really stand out from the crowd.

Assembly: All fixings, mineral roof felt and assembly instructions are provided. The modular design means you can swap the window, door and plain panels with each other so you can have the layout you want. The doors and window frame are also pre-hung for easier assembly. The 16 mm floor is included on sturdy 70x44 mm joists. Before you assemble your building, you will need to create a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building. Allowance should be made for the roof overhang and for access around the outside during construction and subsequent treatment.

Delivery is kerb side. Shire's drivers are very helpful and will always try to leave the product as conveniently positioned as possible. However, it is entirely at the driver’s discretion whether or not it is suitable to drive onto your property.

Guarantee

All Shire products are guaranteed for 1 year from delivery. Additionally the products will have a 10 year rot resistance guarantee. Both elements of the guarantee require compliance with the manufacturers guidelines for assembly, usage and regular preservative treatment.
