Lovely bright flowers

One star down for poor packing

Cheap and tacky and poorly Made!
Many flowers and foliage were missing from this item when it was deliverered!
Subsequent to phoning Customer Services, I emailed photos as advised, yet no one from Customer Service has ever contacted me about a replacement!
After waiting over 15 minutes on the phone regarding the above, after explaining to Nadia I hadn`t had any response to my email regarding the defective item, after putting me on hold, she told me that when she checked my order had been delivered to me??!!
When I asked Nadia if I could speak to someone who could actually help me regarding the defective item, she refused to let me do so, and instead banged down the phone on me!!
I am left with
