Lovely
Bought this through this website because the garden centres were not ordering any more in, annoying as they had them on show. Anyway took a chance and glad I did. Great price saved £50 and quick delivery no problems at all. Easily assembled and looks and sounds lovely in the garden whilst relaxing in the sunshine. Would recommend.

Lovely new addition to my garden
This is brilliant especially being solar powered. It was cheaper than on other retail sites. The fountain was easy to build and works so well. I've had a lot of compliments . I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a water feature who hasn't got an electrical supply.

Received my Kingsbury Solar Fountain a few days ago and i'm absolutely delighted.
Very easy to put together and it worked immediately, I was amazed it actually comes with a remote control so you can have the solar panel charging the Battery and the remote will turn it on or off + 4hr or 24hr timer (this feature is not mentioned in the product description) or you can have it working on solar power only (remote will not work on this function), Its excellent value for money, Thank You Robert Dyas for a great product at a great price

I bought this as an extra for the garden and wanted a solar fountain as I wanted it to be in the centre of my garden and was not wanting cables trailing or the hard work of trying to dig a trench to instal a mains supply to the fountain
I have had it charging in the sun for a few days and it’s very pleasant and peaceful to watch the water while sitting with a nice cup of tea
I was really pleased with the effect and ease of putting it together so mush so I might even buy another
Well worth the money for a quick fix and lovely to listen to

Bought from competitor after nightmare service
The fountain is lovely. Buying it from Robert Dyas? Disaster, hence the one star. BUY THIS FOUNTAIN, BUT GET IT ELSEWHERE. Why? If it could go wrong, it did go wrong, completely on their part, and that was due to 1.) Robert Dyas poor systems, 2.) Robert Dyas poor communications, 3.) Robert Dyas left hand not knowing what right had is doing, and 4.) some Robert Dyas individuals who shouldn't be anywhere near customer service, unless incompetence and a snitty attitude are what the company insists on as essential skills. My email of complaint reached over 50 points, and - sadly - that was only half-way through the 3 weeks of stress and wasted time just on my part. 'Accidental re-ordering'?? 'Same time to cancel as to deliver'? Give me strength. How something so simple - called placing an order - could go so wrong beggars belief. (The items were shipped incomplete from the factory, not that Robert Dyas could even organise a simple check on box weight to ensure that after 3 deliveries I'd actually have the item I wanted.) Eventually with some engaged staff (a rare find, I realised after many interactions over a frantic few weeks) who did what should have been done, I was given a full refund and an ex-gratia payment, which worked out at absolutely the worst hourly rate I have ever had. The mere fact I've been chased twice to leave a review after all the calls and emails just shows how unfit for purpose their systems are. BUY. IT. ELSEWHERE.

Lovely Fountain
Quite easy to set up, suitable for a person who is not great with putting things together.
Looks great working and windy weather you don't lose water over side which is a bonus, even not working it looks good and the birds love it.
Did have issue when it stopped working after only 2 days contacted the manufacturer who were very quick to send replacement solar panel and remote.
Would add that being resin it is light enough to move around and still sturdy to withstand outdoor conditions.

Robert Dyas offers a FREE Click and Collect service to Robert Dyas stores.
If you choose to have your order delivered to your local store, it is completely free and will be delivered within 5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays).
When your order arrives in your chosen store, we will e-mail you to advise that your order is ready for collection. Your order will be held in store for 7 days.

We aim to deliver items that are currently in stock in 3 to 5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays) after the date the order is placed.
Unfortunately at this time we cannot take orders for delivery to British Forces Post Offices (BFPO), Northern Ireland, Freight Forwarders, international addresses or The Channel Islands (GY, JE).

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by one of the following methods:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
2. Visit Your Local Robert Dyas Store
Whether you bought the product in store, online or over the phone, most of our products can be returned to a Robert Dyas stores. Please bring your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Please do not attempt to return large or heavy products, including large kitchen appliances, outdoor furniture, indoor furniture etc to your local store. If in doubt of whether you should return a product to your local store, please contact customer services first.
