Brilliant and ideal for kids
Absolutely brilliant. It’s made in a way my kid is able to help build with the tools that come with it. Only negative side is the considerable amount of plastic that it’s made with but that’s not a complaint I was aware when I bought.

Poor quality, disappointing
Really disappointed with this. Very poor quality plastic and extremely expensive for what it is. All the pieces need to be pulled out of plastic mould grids and have mould lines on - these look bad but also are quite sharp. Took 2 people 2 hours to assemble. Even things like the screwdriver came in 2 half cylinders that had to be clicked together. Like a giant kinder egg toy. Unfortunately I bought it in advance of my son's birthday and didn't open it to assemble it until the night before. Otherwise I would have returned it.

Some larger products are delivered to kerb-side (the street outside your home).

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
