A real hit with my 2 year old
Bought this for my daughter’s 2nd birthday and she loves it. It’s really cute and she spends loads of time in it.

Fabulous play house!!
If your in doubt about this product don’t be. I bought this playhouse for my little boys 2nd birthday and even me at 33 has had lots of fun playing shops with him in it.
This playhouse is a great price and very well made sturdy and strong.
The features are fab a little card machine with a plastic credit card and plastic receipts that come out the top of the card machine when you push the credit card in, a till area, an ice cream machine which dispensers the icecream balls (chocolate or strawberry) onto the icecream cone, sprinkles and sugar, pancakes in a pan that flips them over, a plate and cutlery, a coffee cup to serve to your customers through your sliding open and shut window (my little boy loves playing hide and seek with this).
This playhouse is tall enough for my little boy to stand up inside and even fit me in too (sat down).
I can see us having lots more fun with this playhouse and love watching my little boy enjoy himself in it his little face lights up when he sees it every time he goes outside.
I had never purchased from Robert Dyas before but had a pleasant experience ordered with no problems and fast delivery.

Great little playhouse
This is a great little playhouse with lots of fun accessories. The kids love it.
The assembly instructions were a bit challenging, but once we were on to the main house it was straight forward. However, it’s more like 2-3 hours (not one hour).

Good Service but Poor Product
RD team were supportive with problem. Produxt came in battered box with parts missing. When looking for parts the poor quality of the product was apparent. RD offered a refund or replace parts but decided to return and refund. The RD process was simple: thanks just awaiting the refund now.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets

- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
