Amazing!
I bought this a month or so ago after being disappointed with another fan I purchased and this is amazing! So much power and very little noise considering how powerful it is - lovely and sleek design too. Would defintely have purchased more if there were more in stock! :)

Relief from the very hot summer weather
Our previous fan had given us good service over a number of years of pretty constant use and when it finally died, we decided to return to Robert Dyas where we had got that one and get a new one Luckily we found a near identical replacement to the previous one just in time for the very hot summer nights.

Looks good
The fan is great and keeps the room cool number one setting is great for the temps at the moment 18th may 2020 around 23/24 °f and my house is extremely hot upstairs without the hot weather , I do not find it to noisy either but I am used to sleeping with the fan on 365 days of the year it drowns out the noise from the main round and my tinnitus, all in all a good by, only differen dude is the fiddly little screws and nut that keeps the two sides together

Just bought it today. So easy to assemble all you need is a philips screwdriver. The fan is quiet on number one setting with a quite powerful breeze. The number two and three setting the breeze is really powerful! the noise level on these two settings is higher but acceptable cooling the room quickly. On the number one setting you can sleep with it as the motor is quiet. So well made and looks amazing.

Just what was needed
We are in a very old building with no air conditioning and the recent hot spell caught us napping. It was great to go into our local store and get just what we wanted. The fan is working very well and has a brilliant cooling effect.

Powerful but noisy.. and a bit fragile!
I really like this fan. It blasts air at me when I need cooling, but it's not one to have on at through the night, as even on the lowest setting, it's blast is strong and noisy.
I bought this product in the summer of 2016, and it has just stopped working following a very gentle fall backwards when I was using it in a small space. I haven't opened it up yet to see what's rattling inside and if I can fix it, but that roll backwards would not have damaged other fans I've owned over the last few decades.
But you got to admit, this fan is a stunning looker! Hope that helps...

Robert Dyas offers a FREE Click and Collect service to Robert Dyas stores.
If you choose to have your order delivered to your local store, it is completely free and will be delivered within 5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays).
When your order arrives in your chosen store, we will e-mail you to advise that your order is ready for collection. Your order will be held in store for 7 days.
Standard Delivery
We aim to deliver items that are currently in stock in 3 to 5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays) after the date the order is placed.
Unfortunately at this time we cannot take orders for delivery to British Forces Post Offices (BFPO), Northern Ireland, Freight Forwarders, international addresses or The Channel Islands (GY, JE).

You can also select a convenient day to receive your delivery by choosing a named day delivery (delivery on working days only).

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by one of the following methods:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
2. Visit Your Local Robert Dyas Store
Whether you bought the product in store, online or over the phone, most of our products can be returned to a Robert Dyas stores. Please bring your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Please do not attempt to return large or heavy products, including large kitchen appliances, outdoor furniture, indoor furniture etc to your local store. If in doubt of whether you should return a product to your local store, please contact customer services first.
