Good sized loaf tin.
I wanted a slightly deeper loaf tin than the less-expensive ones I already have so that my loaf cakes don't climb over the top of the tin! The depth of this fits the bill perfectly. I haven't tried it without lining it, but it seems as if the non-stick would probably be fine. It's a bit expensive, but it's well made and should last for years. I don't make my own bread, but make numerous loaf cakes so this will get a lot of use in future.
