Excellent product!
I just bought it yesterday and never regret the purchase considering the sustainability. It is very practical considering the size and the color is really cute. I tried to boil it in a hot water to reduce the silicon taste and hopefully, it works well for future use. Unfortunately, the shop I went on didn't have the blue color for the 12oz size. Gonna repurchase the blue one next time.

Useful folding cup but an insipid colour
I did change the colour of this in store as when it came it looked a rather insipid 'institutional' pink. The cup itself is fine and folds to a reasonable size (5cm/2") although takes a bit of getting used to closing it - I found it easier to simply bang the bottom of it on a hard surface whilst holding the top firmly (lid screwed on!) which sends it straight back in on itself, instead of following the enclosed instructions. The heat sleeve then slots neatly in the bottom. Also beware that the softer silicone cup part is quite rubbery so you need to warn your barista to hold it either by the rim or via the sleeve protector and not 'squash' it, otherwise the contents will simply squirt out of the drinking hole. As this was my first foray into reuseable cups I was rather disappointed to find on its first outing that the café wouldn't accept it as they still had Covid restrictions in place. Hopefully this won't continue to be a problem as time goes on otherwise I will have wasted my money!
