Happy with product, it's as described. The weather changed to rain the day after it arrived so our experience is only of 'trying it out' but the cranking handle seems man enough for the job and the fabric strong so we look forward to many years of use!

Broke within two weeks
Really unhappy with this item. At first it seemed like the perfect parasol for our new outdoor dining table. We have a sturdy base which we used for the parasol we upgraded. However one gust of wind and this parasol was gone and it completely broke. Waste of money. Hoping to get a refund.
