A Classic design
A lovely green colour, not too insipid like some, just the right size for the space we had, the only drawback is the metal does get very hot, well it would, it's metal, but there is a lot of it, our old Swan toaster which we had for years was a slightly different design and we didn't have that problem, anyway if you forget for a second you certainly know about it, but it toasts so that's the main point.

A good replacement
I am pleased to have replaced my old plastic Swan toaster with the shiny new one.
There is just one small complaint:
the indent in the toasting scale should be marked to make it easier to see.
I have marked it with a red dot using a marking pen.

Exceptional toaster
I bought this toaster to replace a rather temperamental on which threw the toast out before finished. I looked at lots and as I have a Swan kettle I decided on this toaster. It is one of the best I have had. It toasts to perfection quickly and is easy to clean and operate. It also looks very classy and was a good price.

Not very practical
The button names are engraved so it is impossible to read them without bending down and looking straight at them.
It does not toast both sides of the bread evenly.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
