Great Scandinavian look
I read a fair number of mixed reviews- mainly on odd taste from water. First off excellent service and speedy arrival from Robert Dyas - plus good price. Lovely looking kettle, NO odd taste. Easy wipe. Happy to give it 5 stars. Plus it’s quick and quiet. If anyone still anxious- Swan give 2 year warranty

I bought this last month, delivery was on time, well packaged and the kettle is spot on. Lightweight and looks great in the kitchen. Will be buying the matching microwave next month. Looks modern and fits in well witg grey.oak kitchen. Goes with the minimalist look.

Most beautiful kettle!
I love everything about this design, the material is so soft to touch and its perfect. Lid stays secure, as we had a flip top kettle before this was a concern of ours but it has been fine. The kettle did leave an odd taste in our tea for a little while and despite boiling the kettle a few times before use it did remain. It has been a couple of months now and the taste is gone so it doesn't stay forever. Would recommend this kettle to anyone! It's a beautiful design.

Great Kettle
I bought this as a second kettle to go in my home office. I wanted something stylish but also stainless steel and not plastic. It looks stylish, it seems to boil rapidly and is quieter than my other kettle. All in all can't fault it.

Elegant and reliable
I dithered about buying this because of the reviews about a funny plastic taste. After one boil poured down the sink (straight out of the box) this made a lovely cuppa. It’s really good value, super elegant design, fast boiling, easy handling and pouring. I bought this just before UK lockdown and it has been getting a lot of use! I’m so glad I did. Very happy

Poor
I found the lid could trap water which can then splash you. Doesn't pour well and after pouring the water flows back to the heating element reboils rapidly and then there's a lot of steam which is dangerous. After 6 months left it down the tip.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
