Excellent Coffee Everyday
I was quite sceptical at first, the reviews were varied and the negative outshone the good, however, I purchased it anyway on the hope that all the negative nancies were wrong and how glad I was. The coffee machine arrived and we set to work on understanding how it worked which was easy to pick up. The instructions were easy to follow and we had soon made our first latte, the espresso came next and before long we were acting like true baristas. The machine gives us delicious tasting coffee every day and I would definitely recommend it to everyone. We can’t fault it at all and would happily give it 5/5 stars for ease of use, for quick to learn instructions, for speed of the drinks, quickness of cleaning but most of all the great taste everytime. So Thankyou Swan for a fabulous piece of machinery

Leaks
The crema on the espresso is rather fake, the temperature gauge barely reaches temperature. I was tolerating it because I didn’t have the time to send it back, however then one day the whole tank emptied out on my kitchen side, I thought maybe the connection hadn’t fully made but no, it was fully secured and leaked again. Despite me sending 6 separate emails to Robert Dyas no one had got back to me besides an auto reply message. Not only do I not recommend the machine, more than that I do not recommend the company, zero customer support.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
