Disappointed
Well, it looked the part, but it wasn’t a good start having to find out how to get rid of a nasty plastic/chemical smell/taste only to find out I’d have to spend money on things to remove the taste (vinegar and lemon juice). Surely a product should come without this hassle.
I was also asked if I could cut the power cord and get a refund rather than send it back which seemed rather wasteful and I refused to do it. Managed a refund in the end.
I have since bought a lavazza pod system and a separate milk Frother which is far superior. Finally a decent coffee. Not the best experience if I’m honest.
