Value for money
This table suits my needs. It was easy to construct and sturdy. The table top just clears the sofa armrest and provides a good surface for using a laptop. The shelves are quite small but accommodate magazines.

Third time lucky - not a chance!
Loved the look of the table for my mother to use as a side table and magazine rack. Really good value so ordered one in mahogany.
1st one came - and one of the legs was scratched and one of the shelves had some discolouring on it. So rang to ask for a replacement.
2nd one came - the table didnt fit together properly. The shelves didnt quite fit into the grooves in the legs, so one side had a big gap in it. Rang up and said that hopefully third time lucky.
The manufacturers team offered to send out replacement legs and shelves to see if this would resolve the problem. So I agreed to try a third time and as long as they sent out the right colour, maybe the legs and shelves might fit properly!
3rd delivery came - the wrong colour was sent. Instead of mahogany the legs and shelves were oak!!!
So table has gone back just two days ago and I am frustrated and disappointed as this was my first order with Robert Dyas and your team offered no apology. My mother was most upset as she was so excited about an attractive, quirky new table and magazine rack.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
