This all new Xtend+Climb ProSeries S2.0 is the pro trade choice when it comes to Telescopic Ladders. This Xtend+Climb is still the most comfortable, easy to use and safest telescoping ladder available on the market. Plus it now conforms to the very latest EN131-6 2019 safety standard.
Re–designed from the ground up and tested to over 4,000 cycles, the Xtend+Climb features automatic locking stabilising bars, wall pads, and a lightning latch. Now dielectric compliant it is the World’s only Telescopic Ladder insulated up to 1,000Volts, making the Xtend+Climb ladder range ideal for anyone working around electricity.
Designed with safety in mind when extended the Xtend+Climb locking stabilising bar opens automaticall to maximise safety. The wall pads create a gap at the top of the ladder so you can comfortably fit your hand over the top rung, and the lightning latch is easier to turn and retract the ladder. Rung indicators go green when the ladder is locked and safe to use, yet the ladder is still comfortable to hold and carry from your van to site. All Xtend+Climb ladders are tested to the Professional Grade. The Xtend+Climb is the only Telescopic Ladder you’ll ever need.

Quality ladder
I bought this ladder as getting the extension ladder out to clean the upstairs windows was getting to be too much for me at my age (74). It is so easy to put up and even easier to take down. I am really impressed with the sturdiness of it with hardly any bending, it's very stable. There are lots more ladders that are a lot cheaper but not as good, so why risk your life.

Excellent telescopic ladder
First rate telescopic ladder. Very robust and sturdy (which is reflected in it's weight). The automatically extending stabiliser bar is a great safety feature. There is a slight degree of flex when extended to it's full height but the overall ease and convenience in it's use and transportation make this an excellent ladder. Spare parts are also available if required. A carry bag would be a great addition but I can only find ones suitable for the 3.2m version.

Terrible design
I am a strong woman. I could carry this 16kg ladder fine. But to open it you have to stand on one leg and simultaneously lift the whole ladder slightly off the ground (hence bending forwards) while pushing down with the other foot (the one you aren't standing on) on the bottom rung. I couldn't do it. My (bloke) neighbour couldn't do it. A burly (bloke) friend managed it. Really sad to have to return it, as it sounded so good.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:

Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
