Rated 4 out of 5 by from Looks smart, and is so lovely and warm Being unfamiliar with electric heaters - especially oiled filled radiators - I chose this radiator because I've used TCP plugs, so I went for a familiar brand. I searched through so many, for many weeks on end, and it was a difficult decision, when you're not familiar with the product type. Anyway - it was really easy to install - it does require professional electrician, but he had no issues getting it up and running. He got it up on the wall and connected in a couple of hours. Connecting to Wi-fi was a bit fiddly, as you need to download TCP heating app - and go through those annoying steps to get it all linked up. Once that was done however - this works like a charm. Just sitting on the sofa, and changing the heating using the phone. Sometimes I turn it on when I'm getting off the train going home, so that by the time I get in through the door, it's cozy already. It warms up really quickly and gives off so much lovely heat. Being oiled filled, it's similar to traditional radiators in how it works, a bit - heats up and still gives off heat when it's not drawing energy, which means finally I have a radiator I can put wet clothes on to dry them. Last year I used a fan panel heater in this room and it was costing me a fortune. This radiator is saving me quite a bit of money according to my smart meter. In short - I would definitely recommend this radiator, and I'll be getting a smaller version for the other room. The only reason why I haven't given it an Excellent rating, is because I'm still figuring out the CUSTOM settings on the app - so it can turn on automatically at certain times. App challenges aside, this really is a good electric radiator, efficient, money saving and looks great in my mind. Bit of an essay - I just wanted to share my experience in detail: a real life, genuine example of a product I bought. Hope it helps whoever is looking for an oiled filled radiator too.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
