Easy to fit and straightforward to use
My 14 year old son loves these in his bedroom. He's linked them via the recommended app to his Alexa so has full control over their brightness and colour just by speaking.

Excellent bulbs and way cheaper than Phillips hue
I gave a virgin media hub with 5 and 2 MHz. These bulbs will only connect to the 2 mhz band so it took a while to connect. I ended up going to a room where there was a booster and once connected they were perfect. Work great with the tcp app and also google home. Off to buy more. Previous review May have internet issue not bulbs.

Seem ok but, taller than standard bulb
These don’t fit in standard holders as they are too tall. Check your down light fittings first to see if they are open backed, in which case they should be ok

I wouldn’t recommend
I bought 3 of these bulbs 2 days ago and already I am having issues. I got them all set up and they seem to all be working fine however some bulbs were randomly disconnecting from the internet meaning they couldn’t me turned off or on using my Alexa or the app forcing me to use the light switch instead, Tonight I have spend over 2 hours fiddling with them to try and connect them back to the internet but with no luck it could perhaps just me my bulbs however all 3 have the same issue so I doubt that. However on a positive note these are fantastic when connected as you can do so much with them so maybe I just need to spend more time figuring out how they work but I boule my review helped you.

Can’t rate the product. This is about supply.
My husband has mobility problems and I often return home to find him sitting in the dark as getting up to turn on the lights is too much for him. I thought that smart bulbs would solve this problem.
It is very hard to source G10 smart bulbs with long necks. Smart bulbs packaging do not normally have dimensions on them but TCP do.
I have two suitable bulbs already and struggled to find two more.
I ordered two of these bulbs because the graphics in the advert showed that the bulbs were 50x70. When the two bulbs arrived they were in two separate packages. One was an enormous box, the other in a padded envelope. Both were 50x55.
When I advised customer services I was advised to take the bulbs to a store for a refund. The nearest store is approx 250 miles away.
I did get a refund and offered a replacement order. I specifically said not to send the replacements unless they were 50x70 as the short neck bulbs bulge at the shoulder and do not fit my light fitting.
The new bulbs arrived. They were 50x50.
Once again I was advised to take the bulbs to a store rather than provide a return label.
In the end I was just advised to keep all four bulbs or give them away.
The customer services were very nice, prompt and offered solutions. It is unfortunate that they did not solve the problem and I still do not have the items I need.
