Perfect Water Dispenser!
A perfect water dispenser for the family. Its much much better than plastic pitcher. Its looks so neat and elegant with the copper stand. It is is great for juices or any drinks when you have guests or just for the family. It is easy to use, and easy to clean too. My friends who have come to the house kept asking me where to buy one. I would like to buy some more as presents for friends and family on Christmas or any other occasions.

Lovely large drinks dispensers
Bought for a garden party - although not used as yet it arrived safely and well packaged. The glass is of good quality as is the stand. The rose gold colour is lovely and matches our theme colour. Can't wait to use it and will update review once used.

Just the job
Bought three sets of these and they’re brilliant. Don’t tighten the lids too much as it creates a vacuum then the taps don’t flow. No leakage experienced with mine but in warm weather with ice cold drinks they do tend to get condensation on the outside.

Good quality and look nice
Really good for parties and surprisingly good quality for the price. The stand is sturdy, the taps are plastic but they’re quite well made so should last ok. I had a small leak on one but just tightened the tap a bit more and they are fine. Well worth ordering.

Robert Dyas offers a FREE Click and Collect service to Robert Dyas stores.
If you choose to have your order delivered to your local store, it is completely free and will be delivered within 5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays).
When your order arrives in your chosen store, we will e-mail you to advise that your order is ready for collection. Your order will be held in store for 7 days.
Standard Delivery
We aim to deliver items that are currently in stock in 3 to 5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays) after the date the order is placed.
Unfortunately at this time we cannot take orders for delivery to British Forces Post Offices (BFPO), Northern Ireland, Freight Forwarders, international addresses or The Channel Islands (GY, JE).

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by one of the following methods:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
2. Visit Your Local Robert Dyas Store
Whether you bought the product in store, online or over the phone, most of our products can be returned to a Robert Dyas stores. Please bring your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Please do not attempt to return large or heavy products, including large kitchen appliances, outdoor furniture, indoor furniture etc to your local store. If in doubt of whether you should return a product to your local store, please contact customer services first.
