Lovely design
This has been so popular when used at parties. Everyone loved it.
I read all the reviews and when I attached the spouts I rubbed a little cooking oil onto each side of the washers, no leaks! Just a tip for you all.
Also one jar was slightly damaged and within a few days I was sent a replacement set.
Very good customer service.

Difficult to fix the pourer to jar. Small opening so man’s hand couldn’t fitin. Ladies hand fits but not strong enough to tighten it to avoid leakage. Had to use a wrench to fix it

Bought this for a 21st party and had it outside with cocktails in it, looked fantastic and worked well- make sure the taps are securely fixed first as we had a few leakages. Shame it can’t be stored in box with them in place.

The product looks great and sizing was spot on. However, the dispenser does look fluid despite multiple attempts to prevent this rendering it unusable for its intended purpose which was a real shame.

Not ergonomic
Product looks great but had a couple issues. Firstly lid is narrow, i dont have huge hands and i couldn't get them in to install the taps, good job wife was able too. Secondly once install taps fill full with water and wait a while to check for leaks before making your drinks. There was a leak on one of our taps so out poured the drink and check the tap however our installation wasnt to fault it was actually leaking frowm where the handle of tap connects to spout, had to use a plyers to tighten an area which fixed the leak. Other then that product is great just make sure you have somone with tiny hands to fit the taps.

Looks good but faults
Looks nice however because of where the dispenser are placed theres a good 2 glasses you have to manually pour out. Personally if tye dispenser was lower it would have been a better design. Also they are nit chrome just cheap plastic sprayed.

Plasticky tap, clogs easily
On constructing it, surprised that the tap-holes are quite irregular/chipped and look pretty home-made, but you don't see them. As others have said, applying a little cooking oil before assembly completely eliminates drips - we had none. Quite popular as a sangria bar with mixed fruit, but clogged nearly straightaway on small fruit (could be solved by avoiding berries), ended up using it as a serving jug.

Okay - but leaks all the time
It looks really nice however, one just constantly leaks all the time, no matter what I do it won’t stop leaking. It doesn’t just drip it properly leaks so is completely unusable. If it wasn’t broken product would be okay

Looks good but
I ordered this for my birthday party fitted the taps correctly and filled it . Went upstairs to get ready came down and was horrified to see the contents of 2 running down the work top onto the floor. Nothing could get it to seal properly and it was returned. Robert Days were a nightmare to get through to as short staffed 43 minutes holding on. Refund was super quick.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by one of the following methods:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
2. Visit Your Local Robert Dyas Store
Whether you bought the product in store, online or over the phone, most of our products can be returned to a Robert Dyas stores. Please bring your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Please do not attempt to return large or heavy products, including large kitchen appliances, outdoor furniture, indoor furniture etc to your local store. If in doubt of whether you should return a product to your local store, please contact customer services first.
