An excellent buy
Very good quality carafe. It is lightweight and keeps water hot for a very long time. The liquid pours out well and there is no condensation of steam which would sort of 'leak' when pouring hot liquid into a mug. I am very happy with my purchase

If I could give it a 0 I would
I bought this last month to use with for my new born I went to wash it as per the instructions and the inside smashed in my hands. With glass/mirror pieces everywhere. Robert Dyas were brilliant though and offered me a full refund.

Thermos Jug - easy to use.
I bought this thermos for use in the car and found it excellent for pouring and no spillages. It kept the contents hot and unlike other thermos's there was no need to take the lid off. Would highly recommend.
