Great thermos. Love thermos brand, too.
Great thermos. My son lost his and so I’m replacing the exact model. Great for keeping drinks cold (or hot). Like that there is a spout so less likely for a child to spill on himself. Leakproof. Good size. Not too wide, but still holds nearly 0.5 L. Like that there are no frills to the design.

A great Thermos
I love this Thermos, I made a mistake and bought one online but it wasn't the real thing and you can tell the difference. Keeps coffee hot all day and washes well. I also like the spout, with some flasks, the coffee goes in the lid but this is just right.

Sleek, well-constructed, easy-to-handle leakproof flask with comfortable lip and smooth pour. I’ve used this for home-made coffee at my workplace for the last 3 weeks and it keeps the coffee piping hot for much longer than most other insulated flasks I’d previously used. I got the all-black model: discrete and smart. Got this model also because it’s easy to flick the catch, push the release button and pour the flask all in one hand without getting your fingers anywhere near the lip - simple and hygienic.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by one of the following methods:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
2. Visit Your Local Robert Dyas Store
Whether you bought the product in store, online or over the phone, most of our products can be returned to a Robert Dyas stores. Please bring your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Please do not attempt to return large or heavy products, including large kitchen appliances, outdoor furniture, indoor furniture etc to your local store. If in doubt of whether you should return a product to your local store, please contact customer services first.
