Great product
I would definitely recommend for gluten free. I was cautious after reading some reviews, however I’ve decided to test it myself and it works both for gluten free, seeded, sourdough, granary, white and whole meal bread. I still need to test dough only function. Considering other setting tried so far I would definitely recommend this product.

Great Breadmaker for Gluten Free Bread
As a household with allergies, we mainly use our breadmaker for gluten-free bread. When my old breadmaker finally gave up, I looked around and thought I'd try the Tower Gluten-Free Bread Maker.
Cons - the gluten-free recipe in the recipe book is actually missing a line of the ingredients/recipe which means the ingredients don't bond and it creates a lumpy, floury mess. However, that's a problem with the recipe NOT the breadmaker.
Pros - when I used my own gluten-free recipe and used the gluten-free setting on the breadmaker, it produced perfect, light bread.
RESULTS - We use this breadmaker at least twice per week and (as long as you ignore the error-ridden recipe in the accompanying book) the gluten-free results are great every time.
EASE OF USE - This breadmaker also looks great. It's easy to use. The settings are clear and you can see which stage of the process it's reached ie knead, rise, bake, warm.
I can't recommend this breadmaker highly enough. It's definitely worth purchasing.

Brilliant machine!
I got this as I birthday gift for my hubby as he wanted fresh bread, and he loves it! We only have two negative comments, and they are 1) the recipe book is very confusing, there is 2 different recipes for the same bread, with different ingredients.
And 2) the measuring cup markings are near on impossible to read. These are quite minor issues, so I would still highly recommend the machine!

Tower 2lb Gluten Free Digital Bread Maker
Years ago I owned a Cookworks break maker and used it extensively - but it eventually went rusty and got recycled. This bread maker is much better than my previous model - it's smaller, fits under my kitchen cabinets and works like a dream.
I'm still very much a novice in regard to using the full range of this machine's programs, but I am impressed so far. My husband and son are both gluten intolerant and as such, home-made bread doesn't contain any of the preservatives which trigger their condition. I am having to consult the manual quite a lot, but that's no bad thing.
I love it so far - a really affordable bread maker - yahoo!

This was bought as a gift. The recipient was delighted, and she pointed out that it had features that more expensive models don't. It is simple and straightforward to operate, so much so that I'd say it's 'Idiot proof!' It is excellent value for money.. The icing on the top is that you can wake up to the smell of freshly baked bread. Finally when I ordered I knew that I would get the usual outstanding service from Robert Dyas.
