A bin to talk about.
The bin is big, pretty and practical, with easy to follow instructions and an obvious talking point when friends come to visit. First time using this company amd definitely would in the future. Great product, great service.

Great family sized bin!
Having broken my last bin I searched for a bin with a larger capacity. This does the trick brilliantly. Large sturdy bin - sensor means it’s more hygienic and for a household of 7 we aren’t changing the bin liner every couple of days!!! Would really recommend.

Beware, sensor on front
Bought this bin to replace our old sensor bin that gave up the ghost... and didn't really think about the position of the sensor. I wish I had!! The sensor is on the front not the top, so anyone passing the bin will set off the (rather loud) lid. There's also no feature to close the lid promptly, you have to wait for the bin to self-close. It's not a patch on our old one, however, if you are placing this where there's no passing 'traffic' then it's fine. On a positive, the opening is wide at the top and the bin is sleek looking and easy to clean

Very thin metallic bin
The metal construction of the bin is very thin, making it worse than plastic. The metal is not rigid at all, and if it's not for the heavy lid mechanism, the bin loses shape.
The sensor lid mechanism did not work; there was a strange noise coming from it. What makes it completely unusable is that there is no over-ride function, meaning if the sensor function fails, then the bin becomes unusable.

Sensor bin
I’ve always bought Tower but unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this bin. It looks good and has good capacity but the bin lid is extremely noisy and the sensor is so sensitive, it literally goes off just looking at it!

Poor service
I bought this 3 weeks ago. The lid was faulty and I have made several attempts via email and live chat to get this replaced to no avail. Disappointed is an understatement.
