Great Wok - easy to use and clean
Great wok at a great price. Easy to use and very easy to clean. Takes a bit of getting used to as it takes a little while to heat up fully.

Good design, and sturdy the coated marble is good, but the other one i bought from outside dyas store just 1 used the coated is gone and become rusty.

Effective non-stick surface
Excellent non-stick surface and Nice and light. Only problem is the handle screw keeps loosening and needs tightening up every now and again. Shame they don't do a larger size in this as it would make quite a good wok style pan.

No pan protector included in purchase
The wok is very good quality. However, I did not have the pan protector with the pan. I phoned your company and they said I had to contact the manufacturer. This proved impossible. I sent an email but have not had a reply. It would have been 5 stars, but for this complaint. Can you help?
