Overview
This versatile air cooler with 15 hour timer is a great addition to your home or office. You can choose from 3 different speed settings - low, medium and high powered breeze - which evenly distributes thanks to the automatic louvers. It also features 3 modes; normal, natural and sleep, each catering to the temperature and time of day. All of which can be operated via the soft button control panel on the device or the included remote control. That's not all; the humidifier function will add moisture to the air and prevent dryness that can cause skin irritation. Simply fill the 5L water tank up and let it do the work. This device is ideal for rooms up to 10 square metres.

FAULTY
The item arrived in a faulty condition in that the pump did not work. I requested a replacement, but received incorrect information from R/Dyas customer services that the item would be collected by supplier and a replacement supplied in 3-5 days. Not satisfied with this I again contacted R/Dias requesting quicker service, which failed. It was only by contacting the original supplier that I was informed to carry out a "CUT CORD" process, take photographs, and send them to supplier who then instructed me to dispose of item and claim full refund. Then to reorder a new item. After receiving refund, I decided not to proceed any further with this type of product. By the way contacting R/Dyas service takes a long time on the phone before you get through to someone.
