It is 400W steam–ventilated to lock in more vitamins and nutrients from your ingredients. Improve Your Diet the easy way
Really nice method of cooking. Takes a little bit of getting use to but when you get things right it's very rewarding. I found the timer switch a bit small a first but soon got used to it.

Disappointment
We bought this product two weeks ago and when we unwrapped and checked it, we found that the plug had been packed so tight that it had penetrated the inner skin of the bowl. We are having to return it but have to wait for a shopping day to travel to either Havant or Fareham since you closed the Waterlooville branch.Since we couldn't use it we can't recommend it.

Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
