Swift resolution to cancellation request
I ordered this product and then discovered the intended recipient already had it. Although an initial attempt to stop the item from being shipped did not work, the issue was quickly resolved, the item was collected from me and a full refund given.

It's easy to put together.
A nice assortment of blades etc. A three year guarantee too.
