Does the job it is intended for
I believe Tower feel confident about their microwaves because they provide a longer warranty than most other stand alone microwaves which was the ultimate reason I chose this particular model. I am happy with my purchase because it does what I want it to do. I have an electric oven and gas hob so use the microwave for basics like heating milk and fluids, heating up a previously cook meal, cooking frozen vegetables, starting off jacket potatoes before putting them in the oven, etc.

Just got this microwave so only used it a couple of times, it looks great and seems to be quite solidly built, cooked my food well and a bargain price. It looks like i would have paid a higher price for it than i did, highly recommend

Good delivery and nice looking microwave
This was delivered a few days ago and the delivery service was very efficient. The microwave was easy to set up and looks good in my kitchen. The door opens and closes with a satisfying clunk and the controls are easy to use and quite intuitive so no need to keep referring to the instruction manual. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Good Replacement Microwave
We needed a replacement for our Russell Hobbs Microwave that was corroding internally. This seemed to fit the bill (colour, power, capacity) just a shame it had to be ordered on line and not just bought from the shop. Once complaint; the outside is covered in a blue plastic that cannot be entirely removed because it covers panels inside the assembly.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
