Lovely microwave. Matches all the tower glitz range I bought from else where. Found the microwave from here and it was the cheapest price I found. Fast delivery.

Not up to the job!
Being returned as faulty. Only used for two weeks and has twice overheated and stopped working. vegetables were still raw.

Sent the wrong microwave
Don't bother ordering. Ordered the pink microwave and they sent a silver one. Didnt bother going through the hassle of returning and sold it to a relative. Won't be ordering from this website again. Ordered it from somewhere else.

Poor Quality and Service
Bought this glitz microwave a month ago, arrived scratched and marked on the front, I asked for an exchange. Was told to keep it with £20 partial refund, I refused. Then told to cut the plug and wire off the back and send photos (odd) done this a week ago and still no refund.

Door not stable
I bought this to go with all the other Tower Glitz products I have, but unfortunately there is an issue with the door not shutting without adjustment (wiggling it a little). As it’s a microwave, I didn’t consider that safe to use so took it back.
