The burner is excellent however it had no instructions and I want to com plain that Robert Dyas do not stock spare wicks in store.

Great Features.
Fairly easy to set up. An extra screw and no hole tricked us a bit. We wanted to try the heater but you have to empty the paraffin after each time using it.

Excellent product, but a pity bolts were missing
I bought this click & collect over the Christmas period. The first one was lost in the post and the replacement had missing bolts to hold the chimney together. When I went back to the store the staff at first wanted to charge me for four missing bolts from the ironmongery display

Pretty tat
Picked this up on Tuesday and its almost fallen apart already. The screw thread on the main heating element doesnt fit the paraffin base properly and the wicks are out of alignment w0ith the metal slits that protect the flames. The screws holding the T piece chimney are too thin so the top of the T falls off each time I remove the chimney and, on lighting tonight, one of the wick adjustment screws just turns without adjusting the wick so I'm down to a single flame. Looks the part but not up to the task it's supposed to do.
