Bargain product
I purchased this product a few weeks ago and have only just constructed it. Assembly was easy, although I did have a head scratching moment when placing the grilled sections, but it was a major problem and nothing that a tape measure and a bit of common sense could not overcome.
The product quality is very good and I would certainly buy another if I decide to cover anymore radiators.
I do recommend this product and buying via Robert Dyas gives a a bit more peace of mind than other suppliers.

Attractive and discreet design
The design is attractive and discreet and it comes at a decent price. But when extended the middle section is quite weak (as it is not as well supported) so you can’t place anything weighty on that part of the structure.

Disappointing
Radiator cover arrived in damaged box. One panel inside was chipped. We continued to assemble regardless but the wall fixings used to secure the cover to the radiator didn’t work so we gave up, disassembled it and arranged a collection.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
