Great Leaf Blower
Purchased this blower about three weeks ago, very pleased with this machine not too heavy and does the job very well, much better than my old electric one, would recommend this machine.

Petrol Blower
It's not a bad little blower, I'm a commercial gardener and normally use commercial machinery , but I needed something quick and easy to use while getting my other blower fixed, it works really well does the job every time it gets a lot of use daily and I'm surprised how well its doing, once my other blower is fixed I will keep one of them as a back up

Product Faulty
I emailed customer service on the 30th October that the blower was faulty. Today 23rd of November and its still not collected or replaced. I still have no confirmed date of a collection or replacement.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
