This is a pack of 4 Staedtler Lumocolor Marker Pens which are for whiteboards.
Writing in ink that can be dry-wiped without leaving a trace, the Staedtler Lumocolor Marker Pen is perfect for use on whiteboards, glass and porcelain. Its low-odour ink dries in seconds, so prevents smudges and smears for left-handed writers.
These whiteboard marker pens are each fitted with a sturdy 2.0mm bullet tip (it has passed test ISO 554). They are also airplane-safe, using automatic pressure equalization to prevent leakages on board aircraft.
The Staedtler Lumocolor Marker Pen can be left uncapped for 8 hours without drying out and is an exceptionally long lasting, making it ideal for presentations and whiteboards in offices or schools.

after initial problem with the BOGOF with these pens - not realising that you were supposed to order two packets at the point of order, I was disappointed to only receive the one pack, however things have been rectified and I now have the two packs thank you

Good Quality product & excellent delivery
I wanted a flipchart, pads and pens quickly. The flipchart stand is a solid product, easy to adjust to the right height, and it came in good time for the meeting. The pens are in a useful case and work well. Very happy!

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by one of the following methods:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
2. Visit Your Local Robert Dyas Store
Whether you bought the product in store, online or over the phone, most of our products can be returned to a Robert Dyas stores. Please bring your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Please do not attempt to return large or heavy products, including large kitchen appliances, outdoor furniture, indoor furniture etc to your local store. If in doubt of whether you should return a product to your local store, please contact customer services first.
