ZeroWater's patented ion exchange technology incorporating a 5-stage filtration system, combines FIVE sophisticated technologies that work together to remove 99.6% of all total dissolved solids (TDS), the non-organic and organic sediments and contaminants found in our everyday tap water. ZeroWater's filtration is also the only system independently certified by the global public health and safety organization NSF, to reduce microplastics exceeding 3 microns in length, the forever chemicals PFOS/PFAS by 95% along with lead, and chromium to deliver the purest tasing water.

Wonderful water
I tried to order this online but it would not take my delivery address. So I had the Oxford store to order it for me. This meant I had to take it back to my flat on the bus which was difficult.

Although more pricey than say a Brita filter, they are definitely worth the money. They remove all particles from your water and last on average about a month each. The best part is I never have to descale my kettle either! Would recommend to anyone.

Great jug & filters! No more fluoride.
The zero water filter is great. I’ve had the jug for a few years now. This brand in particular is better than others, such as Brita, as it filters out fluoride too. The filters are easy to replace. We live in a hard water area and our water tastes so much better and cleaner after having been filtered. Robert Dyas had the best price and a speedy delivery.

These filters are really expensive for what they are....BUT if you have a decent coffee machine they are amazing, no scale & no taste . Robert dyas are by far the cheapest by at least £3 per filter. 5 star service from all the team , many thanks

This product is delivered by our approved supplier.
Delivery is FREE on orders over £30 with code FREEDEL30.
We cannot deliver to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Wight.
Some larger products are delivered to kerb-side (the street outside your home).
From time to time orders can experience delays in courier networks. Due to this, we would strongly advise against booking any third parties to build / install your item until you are in receipt of your goods. Robert Dyas is unable to compensate for any costs to third parties.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
