Self assembly herb Planter
I purchased the Zest Vertical Herb Stand because I'd seen them assembled in my local garden centre for £99. They looked good aesthetically but whoever put them together hadn't got a clue so I thought lets buy one from Robert Dyas and put it together myself. It cost £65 and the 5 troughs were already assembled.
The instructions suggest using 2 people but I found it easier to use my B&D Workmate and a couple of clamps. Fairly easy to assemble especially if you have an electric screwdriver. Finished article loos very good imo.

Great product (despot delivery)
Very happy with product. Bought as a gift. Delivery and lack of delivery information/communications was shocking though. Definitely an area requiring improvement.

Expensive for a self assembly unit
The shelves were assembled but needed attaching to the sides and bottom. No holes drilled or marked and it's quite thick wood, so assembly quite tricky unless you know exactly what you are doing. Tbh at the price it was, you can buy similar products in a garden centre for cheaper.

Lovely planter but arrived weathered and warped. Having an absolute nightmare trying to get a replacement item with Robert Dyas & the supplier.

Disappointing.
Sadly, we can not recommend this product. Sent in pieces, without pre-drilled holes for construction. Very difficult to put together as a result

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
