Very pleased with the pavilion
Good quality and is exactly what we wanted although putting the roof on was tricky. Had several conversations with Zest who could not have been more helpful. It was delivered before the expected date and although a couple of pieces were damaged in transit, they were replaced within a week. Altogether a good shopping experience.

Needs 2 to 3 people to build it up
Be prepared for a big job to build this up. It is of reasonable quality but you will need to drill out all your own pilot holes to fit the screws etc. Not really a job for someone without good DIY skills.

Awful product
I spent several months searching around for this right gazebo and decided on this one. When the delivery arrived, the driver (who did not call to say he was an hour away) called me at work and asked me if I could phone my dad to help him unload it as he wasn't able to. I advised my dad was in his 80's to which he replied 'I'm not spring chicken either you know!' After further issues he managed to unload it. Upon inspection of the timber, the quality was shocking, there was a lot of mould and it was very rough sawn so not at all suitable as it would scratch your skin if you brushed past it. Clearly the timber had not been stored correctly. I raised the issue with Robert Dyas who advised the green spots were from being pressure treated (which is understandable) and that mould will fade. You cannot stain this gazebo either for at least 6 months so it would be very unsightly in your garden. Not at all worth the money and I am still in dispute as I requested to return the item and they want to charge me over £100 to collect a sub-standard and not fit for purpose product!

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
