Garden Arbour
Excellent arbour really looks nice in the garden well worth every penny. 1 fault instructions need to bee better and number the pieces. Otherwise extremely happy.

Great place to watch the world go by
Having seen this arbour at a local garden centre I was amazed to see this advertised at such a low price online and made my purchase the same day
Direct delivery via a courier made drop off easy although beware there are nearly forty items that make more than a five minute job to remove from pallet
Two person build a must but step by step instructions good.
Came with slight damage but with a little fixing and basic diy all worked well.
Make sure you have some clamps it will life much easier
Very pleased with end result having painted before construction

Corner arbour
Was not the easiest to put up.And some timbers were very rough. But with a few alterations the finished was not to bad.This is definitely a two man job and takes a while to complete.

Unlike the previous reviewer I found:
Good Points - Once up it seems quite sturdy and doesn't look too bad.
Bad points (1) - The assembly instructions are abysmal, worse that the butt of all jokes, 'MFI' assembly instructions. For ten years I wrote assembly instructions, believe me if they had been this bad you would never wish to fly again.
Bad points (2) - The quality of the timber is mediocre, there are various cracks, mostly superficial but the odd one gave me cause for concern. The finish of the timber is also quite rough.
Bad points (3) - The Arbour had clearly been on a pallet for some time, the light has discoloured some bits but not others - looks like a Zebra at the moment, hopefully time will resolve this.
Advice - Take your time. Where possible always have two people available. Also note that the two seats are NOT the same, one has three pre-drilled holes for bolts, the other has four - this is important.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
