Fast Delivery but arrived with no fittings and I have been unable to speak to anyone in customers services and no one replied to the email chats - would recommend if all parts were delivered

More than satisfied with quality appearance and structure. Good value for money from 'robertdyas' and delivery within days. Cheaper than same product in Garden Centres. Because of it being solid and having quality needs two for straightforward construction.

Brilliant Bench
Bought this to go out at the front of my house. The bench is excellent but a little disappointed with the delivery arrangement. Told it would be with me within a few days then next day an email telling me to expect the bench that same day !! A little notice might have been preferable

Not great
My bench is OK but has splits on it which aren't 2p size but still off putting especially on the seat area, also the the front seat rail is going all jagged. Not too happy.

Impressed! Solid, good-looking bench
Really pleased we chose to pay a little bit more for this solid bench rather than a cheap one. Great value for money, it should last years. Heavy and solid. Plenty of space for 2. The cushion is worth buying for comfort. We also bought the Emily table. Really happy with the set.

Sitting pretty
This is the third Emily bench we have purchased and as always we are delighted with it. Previously we have had the 3 seater version so this one it going to find a smaller more secluded position to enjoy a view of the garden whilst soaking up the sun.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team on 0333 103 6677 (Monday- Friday 08:00 - 19:00, Saturday & Sunday 09:00 - 17:00, Closed Bank holidays. - call charges may vary by network) or via email to: customerservices@robertdyas.co.uk who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are returning the item under your 14 day right to cancel, then a collection charge will be applied:
- Products < 20kg: £7.50
- Products > 20kg: £30
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
