The timber used to build this product has been pressure treated for durability and longevity and is likely to still have some green spotting on it as a result. There is no need to worry about these small dots as they are perfectly normal and will disappear within just a few weeks. Wood is a natural material and will inevitably move and warp slightly with time. If your wood splits or cracks with the passing seasons there is no need for concern, this is a natural by-product of timber construction.

Just right!
We had a friend to assemble this who was experienced, but he said it was no trouble. Now it is up it is exactly what we wanted, just a good size for two. The cover is very handy, especially with the bad weather we have had recently and has kept the arbour completely dry.

Large, good looking arbour.
Quality is good but a few rough edges made gloves necessary.
Assembly was easy, except for the roof section. The two parts of the roof were not equal width and required a shim to mount the finial squarely. Some material had to be removed to mate the roof pieces as described in the instructions.
Please note.
Instructions version V3-03.17 para 10, photographs 10, 11 and 12, show the fascia boards mounted with the curved edge upwards, above the roof. The photograph of the arbour on page one, and in the advertisement, show the curved edge facing downward.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
