Perfect!
I was a bit cautious to order after reading some of the reviews, but this is a great arbour and we're really happy with it. Plenty of room for 3 adults to sit on and lovely and sturdy. Pre-drilled holes matched up perfectly. Mostly constructed on my own, but definate help needed to lift and fit the roof. Would recommend this product

Great customer service and price
The arbour arrived a week earlier than the original delivery date which was a real bonus. The very helpful delivery driver went above and beyond to get the bulky item up our drive - genuine customer service with a smile. We carefully unwrapped the arbour only to find one of the panels was damaged so immediately contacted Robert Dyas Customer Service. Their agent was super courteous and really helpful, he very quickly arranged for a replacement panel to be shipped which duly arrived as promised. Overall, a lovely arbour at a great price with super customer service from start to finish!

Sturdy arbour
Brought this a few weeks ago, easy to order and arrived very quickly, driver rang beforehand to arrange best day for delivery. Needs two people to assemble but quite straightforward. Looks excellent in my garden and is very comfortable, would recommend this arbour

Overall it's a fab piece of garden furniture. It looks great, it's substantial and it's comfy. However, we had to evoke our inner Heath Robinson to attach the roof as it fell apart under its own weight.

Good product RD delivery not so
The product is good. We had to swap one of the seat slats with a backrest one as it made a horrible cracking sound where a knot is. Delivery wasn't so good, because RD info was rubbish, not the delivery company fault

Would give it zero stars and Dyas were apalling
This product is apalling-do not buy it!
The wood is of the poorest quality, it needs sanding, everytime you put a screw in the wood splits.
I did, I will admit, paint the arbor with special cuprinol paint within a week of buying it-which has unfortunately given Dyas an excuse to give me no refund, for the flimsy excuse they can't take the product back as they can't resell it. However why would you resell a faulty product? It's plainly a way of getting out of their responsibility to me.
So the product gets zero stars, Robert Dyas I'd like to give minus stars to if I could, and will never buy anything from them again due to their sheer indifference over selling rubbish and then wriggling out of their responsibility.

Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
