Perfect!
I was a bit cautious to order after reading some of the reviews, but this is a great arbour and we're really happy with it. Plenty of room for 3 adults to sit on and lovely and sturdy. Pre-drilled holes matched up perfectly. Mostly constructed on my own, but definate help needed to lift and fit the roof. Would recommend this product

Great customer service and price
The arbour arrived a week earlier than the original delivery date which was a real bonus. The very helpful delivery driver went above and beyond to get the bulky item up our drive - genuine customer service with a smile. We carefully unwrapped the arbour only to find one of the panels was damaged so immediately contacted Robert Dyas Customer Service. Their agent was super courteous and really helpful, he very quickly arranged for a replacement panel to be shipped which duly arrived as promised. Overall, a lovely arbour at a great price with super customer service from start to finish!

Sturdy arbour
Brought this a few weeks ago, easy to order and arrived very quickly, driver rang beforehand to arrange best day for delivery. Needs two people to assemble but quite straightforward. Looks excellent in my garden and is very comfortable, would recommend this arbour

Overall it's a fab piece of garden furniture. It looks great, it's substantial and it's comfy. However, we had to evoke our inner Heath Robinson to attach the roof as it fell apart under its own weight.

Delivery is FREE on orders over £30 with code FREEDEL30.
We cannot deliver to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Wight.
Some larger products are delivered to kerb-side (the street outside your home).
From time to time orders can experience delays in courier networks. Due to this, we would strongly advise against booking any third parties to build / install your item until you are in receipt of your goods. Robert Dyas is unable to compensate for any costs to third parties.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
