Unhappy with item
Unfortunately I am having to return this item, after spending the best part of 4 hours assembling, went to insert the drawers to find that they did not fit flush, so rendered the whole item unacceptable, seems that the pre drilled holes were incorrect. I am still waiting for this issue to be resolved

Do not buy these draws!
Bought these draws for a new house, they are impossible to put together. The holes are all in the wrong place, I’m currently waiting to here back from the supplier but after reading the recent review I am not hopeful. These should not be sold.

Shocking customer service
If I could give 0 stars I would. Received a faulty item, different batch codes on boxes, but told by supplier this wouldn't make a difference and that I had built it incorrectly, which is almost impossible to do when all the guide holes are already there! fast forward to 3 weeks later i still have a faulty set of drawers that they refused to replace fully and now waiting for them to pick them up and refund me, how has this outcome taken 3 weeks to arrange!!!!! I will never ever order through Robert Dyas again, especially if an item is coming directly from a supplier because you have to wait 3 days for them to reply because Robert Dyas can't do anything without the suppliers permission. Awful experience.
