Wow!!!
I have had numerous air dryers over a period of 30 years but this one blew me away. Firstly, it is fantastic quality and so much sturdier and better made than any other air drier I’ve had. Secondly, the amount of drying space was great. No more struggling to hang out bedding to dry. And finally and my favourite feature is the ability to set the height exactly where I want it. At 5.3 this was a dream. I no longer had to over stretch to and reach up to hang my washing and the mechanism to set and adjust the height was light and smooth. I found this particularly helpful as I have fibromyalgia. I hope this review will help people in the same circumstances as me.

Highly recommended!
I wanted something that was totally adjustable and large enough for me to move up and down. I’m only 5 foot three so I didn’t want to have to struggle with pushing the rotary line up. This is an excellent product, top of the range. I have washed everything in my house now!

Good quality and as advertised, very easy to put up.I bought the model with the plastic base for concreting in,so very easy to get upright although i used a piece of mini gutter downpipe approx 600 long that fitted tight into the base and leveled it with it in place. Downside ,base and pole upright was a little slack when fitted and could have been a tighter fit.

Our carrier will request to photograph the delivery in situ once delivered, but as a customer, you do have the right to refuse this.
Whilst we do all that we can to prevent this, from time to time, orders can experience slight delays in courier networks. Due to this, we would strongly advise against pre-booking/making payment for third party trades to build/install your item until you are in receipt of and have inspected the goods. Robert Dyas is unable to compensate for any loss of funds to third party organisations.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:

- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your bulky item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
