Great barbecue.
I left my review until I had used this new barbecue a few times .
I have to admit that this is easily the best barbecue I have ever owned. The cooking area is great and due to the technology of the cooking surface you can use individual burners if you are only cooking a few items without losing performance.
It has a very stylish look and compliments our
outdoor area beautifully.
The only minor fault with this item would be the assembly. As a skilled tradesperson I didn't have too much trouble with the build as there are quite a few parts to assemble, but I think it could be a little tricky for a complete diy novice. That said you can appreciate the quality of the barbecue when you do start to build it. As a footnote any engineers out there will find the packaging of the barbecue an absolute piece of art, they have managed to squeeze every part into every space available but with care and thought to the protection of the parts. If should have trouble finding the castors, don't despair they are definitely there.
Overall I would definitely recommend this excellent product to anyone looking to purchase a new barbecue.

Great cooking results
Purchased this BBQ earlier this month after spending a bit of time carrying out some research. The infrared cooking features really do create great results. No flare ups and the food is much tastier. Would recommend.

The bbq can just be described as outstanding.
The bbq is superb. It is strong and well out together. Although it took a couple of hours to erect the instructions were the best we had come across. Even the screws and small parts were bubble wrapped and lettered. The only problem we had was the delivery. This was not the fault of Robert Dyas. The delivery company sent the wrong bbq with the right paperwork. Due to the pandemic we were only able to contact Robert Dyas by email. The chat bot did not work. However the service provided by the logistic company and Char broil themselves were outstanding. The correct bbq was delivered within 24 hours even before Robert Dyas assisted

Very pleased with the BBQ and the prompt delivery. A small gripe however. Instruction to build it were poor and some fixings were almost impossible to access. Hence it took several hours to assemble.

Cooks well but....
I wish I'd never bought this BBQ and if I could return it for a refund I instantly would. It cooks food great, gets up to temp quickly, loads of space etc, but.....the triangular shaped bar rack underneath the grill plates collect fat/food deposits, it just sits there burning away and it smokes the entire garden out during warm up and cooking. It's terrible, so bad that you can't stand in front of it. We have to leave food, go inside the house and shut all the doors & windows until we guess the food is ready.

If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
