Solid construction
Very pleased with my trolley. Excellent quality and finish. The only reason I didn't give five stars is that the baskets are shallower than the ones in the picture which means that they won't hold as much and their contents will be clearly visible . Delivery was ahead of time and very efficient.

Poor customer service let the product down
I bought this in cream, I thought I was buying a British made product. The care instructions came in German! I requested them in English and well over a month later I still have not had them! I have chased Dyas at least twice. It might well be a good product but I cannot use it. And I also think it is misleading not to spell out that the wood needs treating before you use it. The colour of the worktop is not what you get.
