The Igenix IG9704 4-in-1 Evaporative Air cooler is fantastic for all year round use.
It features a powerful air cooler, heater, humidifier and ioniser function all in one unit. It does not require venting or installation, so it can be moved to any location.

A life-saver during recent heatwave!
I bought this recently and it enabled me to get some sleep during the awful heatwave. The item is easy to set up and control. It is very efficient and makes little noise. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Perfect cooler and heater
This was a great replacement for my old chiller which after many years of use had stopped working.
The only issue with this unit is that I found that the white lights on the top were too bright when used at night in the bedroom so I purchased some 6mm blue gloss stick on dots. I stuck them over the lights and I can still see what features are working with a nice blue glow without lighting up the whole room. It is now the perfect chiller/heater, the features are great and I can highly recommend it.

Compact and quiet
I'm glad I bought this Cooler Heater. It has helped keep my stuffy bedroom cool in the hot weather. It is super easy to use and programme. Since the weather has changed I used it to take the edge off the chill. It takes surprisingly little room for storage when not in use. I found it is no louder than an ordinary fan when in use.

Not brilliant
I brought this model as it didn't need a vent in place for outside window. It looks good and is compact, easy to move around where needed, but isn't any better for keeping a room cool in hot weather. A fan actually does a better job! The unit is noisier than expected. Although a reasonable price, its a complete waste of money. Would have been better purchasing a decent fan. Offered it free to couple of family members and they said no thanks!

What air cooler???
I ordered this to be delivered within a few days time during the heatwave. I was informed that it was with the courier. When it didn’t turn up, I contacted the courier who said they hadn’t received it. I contacted Robert Dyas who asked me to give their third party supplier “a chance to respond “. They didn’t respond. I did get a refund eventually, and I suppose I can say that the customer service was good, but I really needed the product and it was mis sold to me. I’m disappointed.
