Looks great
This is by far the best washer dryer I’ve ever had. Due to financial reasons I’ve always gone cheap then having to replace regularly. This time I spent quite a bit more but am I glad I did. It looks great but the programming is perfect for my needs. 39 minute program is used a lot and the dryer drys to perfection. I even like the jingle to tell you it’s finished its cycle. Definitely recommend. The old saying, you get what you pay for, is so right.

Not the best
Bought this machine in October, washes and dries as it should but it's far from quiet, it makes some very odd noises and quite often a high pitched whine.
I wouldn't say it was much quieter than the 6 year old machine we replaced
It also suffered really badly with water hammer in the pipes when we first got it but we've managed to suppress this now.

smells horrible
I wish anyone of these "reviewers" had warned others about the fact that this machine makes your clothes STINK of burnt rubber. And no, it doesn't go away after several uses. It smells so bad we thought it was broken. No conditioner, no perfume will save your clothes from this horrible rubber smell. Now the question is -- is every washer dryer like this or just the LG one? Should we return this and go on a quest of finding a new one or do they all stink?

First issue within 5 weeks of purchase
I bought this 5 weeks ago and it's already broken, the door has an issue with the sensor and it won't let me do anything. I'm having to wait 9 days for LG to send an engineer to repair it, which is completely unacceptable. I'm extremely frustrated

1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
