Great blender
Very happy with the blender! It gets fresh Ginger to a smooth texture. The jug sits into the base without having to lock it in, easy in easy out and the blue light on the dial confirms when the jug is in the right position :)

sad I was with my product from
Not happy with this product
Sorry guys this blender grinder is not really up to grinding without spilling the contents everywhere and then it doesn't really grind properly. Also the blender does not blend everything, bits are left at the bottom of the jug. I am really disappointed and would like to return it but unfortunately I haven't been able to work out how to do that.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
