Easy to adapt if required.
I bought this to hide part of the septic tank works which stick out of the ground in a very unattractive fashion. Although slightly too short it was easy to add another bit of wood to raise the roof enough to cover everything.

Awesome and great looking!
This is one of the best looking compost bins you'll ever find and it looks super in the garden.
You need to be vaguely competent with a screwdriver and hammer to assemble it.

Poor quality
Very disappointed with the composter.
Over a third of the slats had quite major splits in them. Lots of joinery cuts through knots. I did complain about this but was told the splits are the wood just opening up. This is not correct as these are fractures through the wood. Also the sections which form the roof are warped. I would say this I an inferior product and I would advise anyone considering purchasing this to build your own. It's a lot cheaper and you can select decent wood that isn't so poor.

Arrived damaged
Badly packaged/ basically not packaged at all. Arrived damaged! It weighs a lot so pretty difficult to return. Is it so hard to wrap it in bubble wrap (or eco friendly alternative) and put in a box?! Terrible service

SHOCKING.DO NOT BUY
This is just awful! It just piles up with no fixings so it falls apart if moved. Instructions innscurate Arrived with a piece missing . Other pieces fractured and is not the weathered colour portrayed in the ad. ITS HALF PRICE ON AMAZIN TOO!!!! But even at half the price it’s just rubbish. No pre drilled holes so difficult to construct . Needs power tools. AVOID!!!!!

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
