The Lodge combines premium quality, practical design, and a pleasing aesthetic to provide your child with a play area to be proud of. Featuring two floors to explore, joined by a small internal staircase, and a welcoming ground level veranda, this play house certainly has the WOW factor. The only drawback with The Lodge will be persuading your child to come out!
Built from high grade European pine, the structure is robust enough to last through years of continued use. With styrene glazed windows, fixed closed on the upper level, and a full length piano door hinge, you can rest assured your child's safety has been prioritised. In fact, this build is fully CE certified and complies with the BS EN71 European Safety Standard for toys, meaning your little ones are safe to play to their heart's content.
With a contemporary look and feel, this handmade play house will suit almost any garden space. The Lodge is supplied with a dip treated base coat preservative, allowing you to apply a top coat of your choosing immediately after installation.
Assembly: All fixings, mineral roof felt and assembly instructions are supplied. It is advised that two to three people are required for assembly. The roof and floor are constructed using tongue and groove timber. Before you assemble your building, you will need to create a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building.

Following your order, you will be sent a link to choose your delivery day. On the morning of delivery day you will also receive live tracking information.
Delivery is kerb side. Shire's drivers are very helpful and will always try to leave the product as conveniently positioned as possible. However, it is entirely at the driver’s discretion whether or not it is suitable to drive onto your property.
PLEASE NOTE: Shire are currently unable to delivery to the following postal codes: AB, BT, DD, FK, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KW, KY, LL, any postcode above PA19, all PH postcodes, PL, any SA over SA19, any SY over 15, TR and ZE.
Guarantee
All Shire products are guaranteed for 1 year from delivery. Additionally the products will have a 10 year rot resistance guarantee. Both elements of the guarantee require compliance with the manufacturers guidelines for assembly, usage and regular preservative treatment. These conditions are made clear in the company's assembly instructions.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
